The Liverpool Legends will present “The Complete Beatles Experience” at the Liberty Theatre in Astoria 7:30 p.m. May 2.

The show recalls last year’s 60th anniversary of The Beatles coming to the United States and their February 1964 appearance on the Ed Sullivan TV show.

The band was created in 2005 by Louise Harrison, sister of Beatle George Harrison, who participates in a videotaped narration. Members have toured Mexico, India, Israel, Ukraine and South America. They have played Carnegie Hall in New York, The Cavern Club in the Beatles’ British hometown, and once performed to 68,000 at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Calif.

They were nominated for a Grammy award for work on a fan memory project.

The group has been featured on national television for involvement in the “Total Eclipse of the Heart” event, where more than 300 couples got married last year in Arkansas during a solar eclipse.

Tickets range from $45 to $65, available online at online at https://libertyastoria.org.
