Cannabis
Coastal cannabis
On the Oregon Coast, the outdoors are magnificent, and marijuana is legal. The Columbia-Pacific region offers many dispensaries and a welcoming cannabis culture. However, while marijuana is legal in Oregon, it’s still highly regulated.
You must be at least 21 years old to buy and possess recreational cannabis. For medical purposes, you must be 18 years old and be an Oregon Medical Marijuana Program patient. Cannabis can be legally purchased from any vendor with an Oregon Liquor Control Commission license.
Products are available from dispensaries, CBD retailers, lounges, and small business farmers on the North Coast, and cannabinoid products are available in many forms, including flowers, pre-rolls, concentrates, edibles, and seeds.
Depending on the form of cannabis, there are varying limits for purchasing. Find local retailers on this page.
