ASTORIA — A contra dance event, hosted by Dave Ambrose, will be held at the Astoria Arts & Movement Center starting at 7 p.m. Sunday.

Following a lesson by Ambrose, the floor will be open and alive with music at 7:30 p.m. The dance will feature performances by Gabrielle Macrae and Barry Summers.
