SEAVIEW, Wash. — Metalsmith and educator Arielle Brackett will host a workshop focused on creating jewelry with concrete from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

At the event, jewelry makers will learn to use a mixture of materials to make necklaces, rings and bracelets. The session will include crafting a mold, using a casting technique and sanding, then sealing, the concrete. Students will leave the workshop with one finished piece of jewelry.
