TILLAMOOK — The Tillamook Association for the Performing Arts is celebrating more than 40 years of entertainment with the opening of Ernest Thompson’s “On Golden Pond” on Feb. 4. Additional performances will be held on Feb. 5, 11, 12, 18, 19 at 7 p.m. and Feb. 6 and Feb. 13 at 2:00 p.m.

Sponsored by The Rendezvous Bar & Grill, and Cyndi Lewis of Rob Trost Real Estate, the revival production will be directed by Robert Buckingham, who chose the play as an old favorite. It was first performed at The Barn Community Playhouse in 2003.

The story centers on the Thayer family as they visit their summer cabin at Golden Pond, Maine. It is described as a story of love, healing and mortality. The play stars Casey Cuddy, Kristi Hanson, Robert Buckingham, Lora Ressler, and Chad Clemmer, among others.

Tickets are available at tillamooktheater.com.

Proof of vaccination and masks are required at all times.

Due to COVID-19 this show has been postponed.
