CLATSKANIE – Spike Walker, author and inspiration for Discovery Channel’s “The Deadliest Catch,” will be at Hump’s Restaurant at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 29. The author of four novels, including his most recent release “On the Edge of Survival,” will read excerpts from his new book and will sign autographs. Guests will have a chance to speak with Walker and ask questions about his Alaskan experiences.

The event is free to the public and the site is wheelchair accessible by elevator. Hump’s will feature various crab-inspired specials the day of the event.
