Hats are encouraged for people attending the third-annual Friends of Skamokawa Spring Tea. The event will be 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. May 3 at the River Life Interpretive Center, 1394 W. State Route 4, Skamokawa. Tickets are $30. Call (360) 975-3007 for reservations.
