Fiber arts devotional makes its debut

OCEAN PARK — Ruth and Gregory Zschomler of Ocean Park will launch their latest book, “Knit Together in Love,” with a North Coast mini-tour.

The book is a Christian devotional that draws on their faith and on Ruth Zschomler’s love of quilting.

Gregory Zschomler is the author of more than a dozen books, including the recent self-help title “Live a Little: Balancing Vocation and Vacation,” and has promoted his writing at the Columbia Pacific Farmers Market in Long Beach.

The book makes its debut from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 14 at Colleen’s Coffee House and Tapestry Rose Yarn Shop in Ocean Park.

On Feb. 15, the tour continues at Harbor Books in Hoquiam, featuring a writing workshop at 10 a.m. and a book signing from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

A Feb. 16 appearance will last from noon to 2 p.m. at Coastal Yarns in Cannon Beach, followed by a Feb. 17 date from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Homespun Quilts and Yarn in Astoria.
