ASTORIA — Ping & Woof Opera and Pathways Dance Co. will present “Reverie: A Celebration of Live Music & Dance” at the Charlene Larsen Center for the Performing Arts at 3 p.m. Feb. 16.

The performance will feature the work of some of history’s great composers, including Frédéric Chopin, Franz Schubert, Claude Debussy and Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, in a journey through whimsical daydreams and visionary experiences.

Under the direction of Ping & Woof’s Jocelyn Claire Thomas, a soprano, and featuring cellist Hannah Hillebrand and pianist Susan McDaniel, “Reverie” is billed as a “profound exploration of sound and expression” by three acclaimed musicians.

The choreography of Amelia Unsicker Logan and Kelly Koltiska, directors of Pathways Dance Co., will be brought to life by dancers Kelsey Adams, Annabel Kaplan, Ophélia Martin-Weber, Anna Olmstead and Willow Swanson.

Tickets are $25, available by phone at 503-338-9132 or at www.larsencenter.org.
