Natural resources dinner benefits local youth

ASTORIA — A fundraising dinner hosted by the Clatsop Working Watersheds Cooperative and Clatsop Chapter of Oregon Women in Timber will benefit local youth interested in pursuing natural resources or career and technical education.
The dinner, awards and auction are set to begin at 6 p.m. Jan. 16 at the Clatsop County Fairgrounds. Doors open at 4 p.m.
Single tickets, which are $55, can be purchased at www.clatsopcofair.com. Tickets are also available for tables of 10, and donations can be made online for the auction.
