Where to find Thanksgiving dinner on the North Coast

A handful of North Coast restaurants will be taking reservations and serving up traditional Thanksgiving dinner on Nov. 28.

In Astoria, the Bridgewater Bistro will be open on Thanksgiving Day. In past years, the restaurant has served dinner between 1 and 8 p.m. Call for reservations at 503-325-6777.

The Sand Trap Pub at McMenamins Gearhart Hotel is offering Thanksgiving specials alongside its regular pub menu. For reservations, call 503-717-8150.

The Best Western Plus Ocean View Resort will serve a seasonal buffet, priced at $44 per adult and $22 for kids between ages 4 and 10, at its Ocean Bakery Cafe. For reservations, call 503-738-3334.

Camp 18 Restaurant will open up its banquet room along Highway 26 for a buffet between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m., featuring oven-roasted turkey, honey-glazed ham, sweet potatoes, green beans, pumpkin pie and marionberry cobbler.

Buffet prices are $36 for adults, $32 for seniors over 65, $22 for kids aged 5 to 12 and free under 5. Make a reservation by calling 503-755-1818.

In Cannon Beach, the Stephanie Inn is serving a four-course Thanksgiving menu with apple and pomegranate salad, heirloom squash soup, herb-roasted free-range turkey and a pumpkin pecan tart. The 6 p.m. seating is priced at $99 per person online, with optional added wine pairings.

Public Coast Brewing Co. is offering options of an apple cider-brined turkey from its farm, a pan-seared halibut with citrus beurre blanc, or a vegetarian cauliflower “steak” for $35 per person.

Sides include a brussel sprout gratin, traditional bread stuffing, mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, and cranberry sauce, all being served between noon and 5 p.m.

For at-home dining, order organic and regenerative turkeys from the Astoria Co+op online at www.astoria.coop and pick it up in-store through Nov. 27. The co-op will be closed Thanksgiving Day. Preorders are not needed for sides and desserts.

Wild Grocery & Cafe in Manzanita is also offering options for Thanksgiving dinner pick-up.
