The new location of Cloud & Leaf Bookstore on Laneda Avenue.

MANZANITA — Cloud & Leaf Bookstore has moved up the street to a new, expanded location on Laneda Avenue, blocks away from its 20-year-old storefront.

The move came in early October with the help of a book brigade, where one hand passed to another 100 of the books to be moved from the old location to the new. Those titles were hand-picked by the community and then placed into a collection.

With more space, Cloud & Leaf plans to offer more books, plus art supplies, more room for events and seating next to a pellet stove.
