The Missoula Children's Theatre is staging two performances at the Liberty Theatre at 3 and 5:30 p.m. Saturday.

ASTORIA — The Missoula Children’s Theatre is bringing a touring production of “Robin Hood” to the Liberty Theatre, with performances at 3 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Saturday.

The Missoula, Montana, based touring theater group has been bringing sets, costumes and props to towns across the U.S. and beyond for more than 40 years.

With each production, the crew arrives in town for an open casting call, then enlists 50-60 local students to rehearse and perform in less than a week. Students in kindergarten through 12th grade are invited to audition. No preparation is necessary and there is no cost for kids to participate.

Tickets for the two shows are $10 for adults and $5 for ages 12 and under, available from the Liberty Box Office or at www.libertyastoria.org.
