NASELLE, Wash. — Two Finnish singer-songwriters, Eeppi Ursin and Ida Metsburg, are performing 6:30 p.m. Saturday at the Naselle Community Center.

Ursin, a New York-based platinum-selling singer-songwriter and pianist originally from Finland, performs music that ranges from pop and jazz to dance and a cappella. Her fifth solo album, “My Finnish Soul,” was released last year.

Metsburg, also living in New York by way of Finland, blends pop and folk with thoughtful lyrics in performances across the United States.

Both are working on music to be released later this year, and both are winners of the Finlandia Foundation National’s Performer of the Year award, Ursin in 2022 and Metsburg in 2023.

The show is being sponsored by The Finnish American Folk Festival, refreshments will be served afterward. Tickets are $20 each, available online or at the door. Raffle tickets will also be on sale for $2 per ticket or $10 for six tickets.
