ASTORIA — The art department at Clatsop Community College has announced a juried show of student work that will be on display at the college’s Royal Nebeker Art Gallery beginning Thursday.

The show begins with a 6 p.m. opening reception, where awards will be presented and Astoria artist Elise Wagner, who is this year’s exhibit juror, will give a talk.

Works featured in the student exhibit have been made over the past two years in college courses such as design, drawing, painting, ceramics, photography and printmaking. The show will be on display through June 7. For more details, visit www.clatsopcc.edu.
