Northwest Carriage Museum accepting art contest entries

The Northwest Carriage Museum is holding an art competition for the second year. A winning piece chosen by a group of judges will be shown at the museum.

RAYMOND, Wash. — The Northwest Carriage Museum is seeking submissions for the second year of its annual art competition.

Submitted work can be of any medium and should depict something related to the museum or its collection. The winning artwork will be displayed among the museum’s more than 60 horse-drawn vehicles and many 19th-century artifacts.

Entries will be accepted at the museum or by email to annag@nwcarriagemuseum.org through May 2. Winners will be announced after judging on the following day, and a gallery of submissions displayed throughout May for Pacific County Museum Month. For more details, visit www.nwcarriagemuseum.org.
