Tele Aadsen will be joined by three other FisherPoets during a reading at KALA.

ASTORIA — Four names familiar to audiences of Astoria’s FisherPoets Gathering will share a stage at KALA for an event at 7:30 p.m. Saturday.

Tele Aadsen, Clemens Stark, Holly Hughes and Jon Broderick will each read before answering audience questions and talking about the craft of writing on commercial fishing.

The event marks a celebration of Aadsen’s book, “What Water Holds,” a collection of essays compiled over a decade. The book, inspired by the FisherPoets Gathering, was released in May.
