SEASIDE — Six restaurants will compete for Seaside’s best clam chowder during a new music festival, where five local bands will play beginning at noon Saturday in Quatat Park.

The Chubby Chowder Music Fest, organized by Burly and the Bean Coffee Roasters, will feature music from Bikini Beach, Dr. Onion and the No No Mamas, Harbor Place, Mind Parade and W Bench.
