NEHALEM — Set in New York City during the summer of 1957, “12 Angry Jurors” follows a six-day jury deliberation on the conviction a 19-year-old man accused of murdering his father.

Staged by the Riverbend Players at the North County Recreation District Performing Arts Center and directed by Frank Squillo, the play will open at 7 p.m. Friday. Showings will continue on Fridays and Saturdays through June 18. Matinee shows will be offered at 2 p.m. Sundays.
