CANNON BEACH – Tolovana Arts Colony will host a festive workshop allowing visitors to make handcrafted soaps for the holidays from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at Tolovana Hall.

Led by Betty Gearen, participants will walk away with bar soaps and environmentally-friendly cleaning materials. Materials for the process will be included.
