Cannon Beach hosts Stormy Weather Arts Festival

- The Stormy Weather Arts Festival will hold multiple Paint and Sip events.
CANNON BEACH — The Stormy Weather Arts Festival will be held this weekend in Cannon Beach.

The festival is returning for its 34th year, and is one of the town’s biggest events. This year’s featured festival artist is Randall David Tipton, who had his first solo show at White Bird Gallery in 1987.
The festival will include a variety of safe gatherings, artist demonstrations, painting classes and live musical performances with regional musicians at outdoor venues throughout the town.

Paint and Sip Friday and Saturday 6 to 9 p.m. in the Chamber Community Hall, $40 per person.
Music around town from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at the Coaster Theatre courtyard, Kiki’s courtyard, Sandpiper Square and The Landing.
Gallery showings will take place around town Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
