New design and frame shop opens in RiverSea Gallery

ASTORIA — Monarch Muse Design and Frame has opened inside RiverSea Gallery.

The new business offers frame designs and mats, as well as shadow boxes, stretched canvases, textiles, original art, prints, mobile design consultation and specialized framing.

Leann Rund, the owner of the new business, has been a professional framer for over 30 years.

The business is open from noon to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and by appointment.
