Registration is open for Gearhart art classes

GEARHART — Registration is open for in-person art workshops through Trail’s End Art Association.

The workshops are scheduled from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. between June 8 to June 11. Pre-registration is required. To register, call 503-741-1914.

Artist Lynette Weise will lead the workshops, which include “Beginning Alcohol Ink,” “Intermediate Alcohol Ink-Flowers,” “Painting with Alcohol Ink,” and “Intermediate Colored Pencil.” Weise’s award-winning art features detailed colored pencil and alcohol ink drawings. Her work is shown in regional galleries.
