GEARHART – Judith Fredrikson, well known professional watercolorist, will teach some of her secrets for painting Cannon Beach’s famous Haystack Rock at a workshop from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 26, at Trail’s End Art Association (TEAA) Art Center, 656 A St.

This one day workshop will lead you step-by-step to a watercolor painting of Haystack Rock. Essential materials will be supplied, but you are welcome to bring your favorite brushes, paper and paints. Some experience with watercolor would be helpful, but all are welcome to come and participate. Cost for the day is $60 and you can preregister (required) by mailing a check made out to TEAA, P.O.
