Pacific Northwest musicians donate music to fight cancer

BEAVERTON – Pacific Oncology announces the release of their compilation two-disc CD, “Bridges,” at an open house from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, May 17, at the new Pacific Oncology center in Beaverton. All of the 29 compassionate and uplifting original works on “Bridges” are by Pacific Northwest artists and each was selected to help inspire the community to meet challenges, welcome change and to help bring healing, hope and peace. A featured artist is local singer/songwriter Cat Freshwater, whose track ,”So Many Ways,” from her CD, “Cat’s Eyes,” is one of those on “Bridges.”

The use of these encouraging songs was generously donated to the project by each of the individual artists and all proceeds from sales of “Bridges” will help fund Pacific Oncology Foundation in its continuing programs against the ravages of cancer. “Bridges” is available at Pacific Oncology clinics for $12.99.
