According to Craig Mackie of Nehalem Bay Healing Arts Guild, “In this age of quantum physics and energy awareness, our understanding of the relationship between the mind, the physical body and the information it holds and our spiritual essence is taking a leap forward. Heart-centered hypnotherapy is a tool that allows the subconscious mind to be brought to awareness, helping people to identify the ‘source’ of a problem. Accessing the source of a problem within the hypnotic state increases the ability to release old beliefs and patterns and thus access inner knowing. One is then able to become an active participant in one’s own emotional health and behavioral change, basing choices on intuitive knowledge, wisdom and love rather than fear or anger.”
Heart-centered hypnotherapy is a process that may help participants experience personal growth and transformation, improve health through stress reduction, weight loss and cessation of addictions, release self-defeating patterns such as codependency, attract healthy, loving, fulfilling relationships, improve communication skills and manifest goals to improve finances, prosperity and abundance.
Because of the sensitivity of this material, the program does not offer deep individual regression work, but may offer guided exploration of an internal question and an opportunity to experience deep relaxation through the power of hypnotic trance. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a pillow to sit on, if needed.
