Established by winemaker Rick Small in 1981, Woodward Canyon Winery is located within the American Viticultural Area of Washington’s Walla Walla Valley. Even by Northwest standards, it’s a relatively small winery with an annual production of 15,000 cases (by contrast, the much better known Columbia Crest winery produces hundreds of thousands of cases annually).
