ASTORIA — The Astoria Downtown Historic District Association is accepting entries for its annual We Love Downtown Astoria photo contest through Feb. 23.

Seven winners will be chosen in the following categories: Food & Drink, Historic Architecture, Hidden Gems, Quirky, Street Life and Downtown Astoria from a Distance, plus a Best in Show winner from any of the above categories.

Images should be taken within the past two years and inside the boundaries of the downtown historic district, between 5th and 17th streets and Exchange Street to the Astoria Riverwalk.

Winning photographs will be announced on March 8. Winners will receive framed copies of their work courtesy of Old Town Framing and will have a chance to exhibit at The Rusty Cup during Astoria’s Second Saturday Art Walk in March.

The Best in Show winner will also receive a fine art print of their photo courtesy of Michael Granger at LightBox Photographic Gallery.
