Cathedral Tree Trail in Astoria leads to a tall Sitka spruce tree.

ASTORIA – Angora Hiking Club will lead a group of hikers on the Cathedral Tree Trail starting at 1 p.m. Wednesday.

The exploration, led by Eric Wheeler and Ken Dell, will follow an easy to moderate path that leads to the tree, a serene spot with a unique trunk formation.
