The season for pumpkins, sweet treats, costumes and spooky yard displays is here!

It’s a fantastic time to show off the creativity on the North Coast.

No matter the DIY, Coast Weekend wants to see it. To share the Halloween spirit with readers, Coast Weekend is holding a Halloween DIY contest.

Submissions can include outdoor displays, homemade costumes and food or drinks.

To enter the contest, go to coastweekend.com and click on the “Halloween Contest” tab to submit a photo for the business or home contest. The deadline to submit a photo is Oct. 25 at 11:59 p.m.

Voting will take place Tuesday and Wednesday, Oct. 26 and Oct. 27. Three winners will be awarded a gift card and will be featured in the Nov. 4 edition of Coast Weekend.
