Sedona Fire Band headlines night of music, poetry, storytelling

- The seven-piece, Nehalem-based Sedona Fire Band plays world folk fusion music.
NEHALEM — The Sedona Fire Band will perform at St. Catherine’s Episcopal Church, 36335 N. Highway 101, at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 9, at the Songs & Meaning Event.
The seven-piece group plays folk, blues, rock and world fusion.
This will be a night of music, poetry and storytelling. Sedona Fire Band will perform originals and inspiring covers.
The event also features guest musicians: guitarist Carl McLaughlin and trumpeter Scott Wagner.
In addition, there will be poetry and storytelling from Riverbend Players Tom Cocklin, Linda Makohon, Brian McMahon, Betsy McMahon, Mike Sims, Jeff Slamal and Linda Wiebenson, plus Christina Wilson and Gary Seelig.
Tickets will be sold at the door: $10 per person, $15 per couple. For extra comfortable seating, we suggest bringing a seat cushion.
