Dance party celebrates regional artist’s birthday

ASTORIA — Come celebrate the 40th birthday of local Astoria artist Darren Orange. Astoria Arts and Movement Center will host an electronic dance party from 9 p.m. to midnight Friday, Oct. 3.
The theme for the party is spaghetti Western; costumes are highly encouraged.
The public is invited to attend. The dance is 21 and over only. There is no cover fee.
The Astoria Arts and Movement Center is located at 342 10th St.
