CANNON BEACH – Join your friends and neighbors in a celebration of local arts and culture Wednesday, Dec. 13, as James W. Cox, manager of the Oregon Cultural Trust, presents the checks to the Clatsop County Cultural Coalition’s 2006 Community Participation Grant winners.

The event starts at 7 p.m. at the Coaster Theatre, 108 N. Hemlock St. in Cannon Beach. Attendees will enjoy refreshments and live entertainment at no charge.

“This is a wonderful show of support by the Oregon Cultural Trust investing their time to assist our Cultural Coalition and our efforts to endow arts, heritage and humanities in Clatsop County,” said Michael Hinton, co-chairman of the coalition with Claudia Harper.

Information will be available at the event about the Oregon Cultural Trust and the Tax Credit Program.
